- Contains 5 sections on theory which includes an introduction to voltage regulators, voltage regulator installation, by-pass switches, regulator controls, and bringing regulators offline/online.
- Includes 3 interactive sections that provides both training and testing for taking regulators out of service, regulator installation, and placing regulators back in service.
